TCU Women's Golfers Snag At-Large Bid to NCAA Central Regionals

FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU women's golf team has been selected to compete in the 2005 NCAA Regionals, which begin May 5-7.

The Horned Frogs, who placed second at the 2005 C-USA Championship, earned an at-large selection to the Central Regional, hosted by Texas Tech University. The squad had five individuals finish in the Top 20 at the C-USA Championship. TCU sophomore Stacey Bieber placed second overall.

Eight teams and two individuals from each region will advance to the NCAA Championships on May 17-20. This year's championship will be hosted by Oregon State at the prestigious Sunriver Resort on the Meadows Course.
