ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. -- TCU sophomore Valentine Derrey carded an even-par 72 in Thursday's third round as the Horned Frogs are 17th at the NCAA Women's Golf National Championship.

Derrey, the Co-Mountain West Conference Player of the Year, had four birdies in posting her best round of the tournament. She is tied for 59th overall with a 13-over 229.

Melissa Loh, one of three freshmen in the Frogs' five-player lineup, shot a 77 and is in a deadlock for 46th individually.

After Wednesday's second round was suspended due to high winds with 12 of 24 teams still on the course, Thursday saw another weather-related delay. Following the morning completion of the second round, there was an afternoon shotgun start for round three. However, just 15 minutes into play, the golfers were pulled off the course due to lightning.

Eight teams were not able to complete third-round play due to darkness.

Live scoring of Friday's final round is available at www.golfstat.com.
