FORT WORTH, Texas -- The TCU women's golf team returns to action Monday when it begins play at the Windy City Collegiate Classic in Golf, Ill.

Monday will feature 36 holes with Tuesday holding the final round of 18. Tee times for both days will be at 7:30 a.m. CDT. Live scoring is available at Golfstat.com.

TCU is playing in the Windy City Collegiate Classic for the fifth straight fall, representing all five years the tournament has been held and hosted by Northwestern.

The par 72, 6,333-yard course at Glen View Club will feature three top-10 programs, including No. 1 Texas Tech, No. 2 Washington and No. 6 Arizona. Other top-40 schools include No. 14 Oklahoma State, No. 19 UC Davis, No. 22 Iowa State, No. 26 Notre Dame, No. 32 Ohio State and No. 34 Northwestern. Colorado, Kent State, UCF, UNC Wilmington and Wisconsin round out the field.

TCU was last in action with an 11th-place finish at the Branch Law Firm/Dick McGuire Invitational in Albuquerque (Sept. 17-18). Sanna Nuutinen was the top Horned Frog, tying for 21st individually with a 223.

Nuutinen will not be with the Horned Frogs at the Windy City Collegiate Classic, as she is representing her native Finland at the Women's World Amateur Team Championship in Antalya, Turkey.

Elisabeth Haavardsholm and Camry Tardy, who will be playing in their first tournament of the season, will join Alexandra Bonetti, Maria Maymon and April McCoy for the trip north.

The Horned Frogs had success at the Windy City Collegiate Classic last year, taking home fourth-place honors. Nuutinen's final-round 69 led to a tie for fourth individually. It was a career-best performance at the time, until she later won the 2012 Mountain West championship.

Bonetti and McCoy also competed in the 2011 Windy City Collegiate Classic.
