2014 Indoor

2014 NCAA Champion in the women's long jump (22-01.00) ... Big 12 Champion in the women's long jump (21.07-50)... Recorded a second-place finish in the long jump (21-00.75) at the New Mexico Invitational ... Placed fourth in the finals in the 60 meters (7.51) at the Big 12 Conference Championships.

2014 Outdoor

Placed fourth in the NCAA Championships in the long jump (21-00.00) ... Was second in the long jump (20-10.75) in the NCAA Preliminaries in Fayetteville, Arkansas ... Finished second in the long jump at the Florida Relays (21-10.00) and the Drake Relays (20-05.75) ... Finished fourth in the long jump (20-01.00) at the Big 12 Championships ... NCAA Second-Team All-American in the 4x100 with the time of 44.92 in the semifinals ... Ran the anchor leg in the 4x100 to win the TCU Invitational (44.92).

2013 Outdoor

NCAA Champion in the women's long jump ... after two poor jumps left her 23rd overall, Ugen posted her winning jump of 22-2 1/2 (6.77m) ... the jump shot her into an unassailable lead of over a foot ... new career-best mark and earned her world `A' standard in the long jump and put her in the top-10 of the world standings ... allowed TCU to become the first school to ever defend an indoor or outdoor women's long jump crown with different jumpers, after Whitney Gipson won the 2012 outdoor crown ... also ran the anchor leg of the women's 4x100 relay that finished ninth at the NCAA Championships ... finished third in the 4x100, seventh in the 100-meter dash and eighth in the long jump at the Big 12 Championships ... best time of 11.63 in the 100 would have qualified for West Preliminaries, but passed to focus on long jump ... did not make long jump season debut until UCLA-LSU dual meet ... Competed in the World Championships in Moscow for Great Britain.

2013 Indoor

Finished fifth in the long jump at the NCAA Indoor Championships, earning first-team All-America honors ... saved her best jumps for last in both sessions, sitting 11th after two rounds before moving up to fourth to earn three more jumps, then sitting eighth and improving to fifth with a jump of 20-10 in the final round ... finished third at the Big 12 Championships with a season-best jump of 20-10 3/4 (6.37m) ... limited in competition due to injury ... competed in the 60-meter dash and long jump at Auburn Invitational.

2012 Outdoor
Finished second in the UK Olympic Trials with jump of 6.74m, only 1 cm off Olympic 'A' standard ... second-team All-American as member of 15th-place 4x100-meter relay team ... also competed in the 100-meter dash (22nd, 11.60) and the long jump (NM) at the NCAA Championships ... posted eighth-place finishes in the 100-meter dash and long jump at NCAA West Preliminaries ... Mountain West champion in the 100-meter dash and 4x100-meter relay ... also earned All-MWC honors in the long jump ... competed in the 4x100-meter relay and long jump at the Penn and Texas Relays ... won long jump at TCU Invitational with a jump of 6.83w (22-5), the longest by a Horned Frog on the year ... member of victorious 4x100-meter relay team at Bobby Lane Invitational.

2012 Indoor
Competed in the long jump at NCAA Championships ... earned All-MWC honors in the long jump (second place) and 60-meter dash (third place) ... won long jump at Texas A&M Reveille Invitational.

Before TCU

Ugen claimed the 2010 South of England Under-20 long jump crown and also won gold to help England win the 2010 Indoor Under-20 Celtic Cup. In 2009, Ugen swept the Aviva England Athletics Under-20 indoor and outdoor long jump titles.
