Soccer Participates In Open Training Week

April 6, 2017

FORT WORTH – In an effort to build relationships in the soccer community, the NSCAA introduced its inaugural Open Training Week. TCU’s open training session was held Monday morning in the Sam Baugh Indoor Practice Facility.

“It is always nice to support the local soccer community in any way we can,” said head coach Eric Bell. “Having coaches here to watch our training allows us to collaborate and develop relationships with the coaches we perhaps may never have crossed paths with. I salute the NSCAA as they continue to build soccer in our country.”

More than 230 college and professional programs will be hosting open training sessions throughout the week of April 3-9. The goal of this inaugural program is to give participants the chance to experience higher-level training from fellow coaches in a way that unites coaches for the love of the game.
