TCU will wrap up a season-long three match road trip this weekend in Oklahoma. The first leg of the road trip is a Friday night contest at Oklahoma State. Start time is set for 7 p.m.
TCU climbed to No. 32 in the RPI after playing to a 1-1 draw at Baylor on Friday.
The Frogs are unbeaten in their last five road matches (4-0-1) entering this weekend's road tilts at Oklahoma State and Oklahoma.
Makenzie Koch scored her third goal of the season in the final minutes of the first half against the Bears.
Bobbi Clemmer tallied her team-leading fourth assist of the season on the goal.
Vittoria Arnold made eight saves in helping the Frogs to their second tie in Big 12 play.
Arnold ranks third in the Big 12 this season with an .855 save percentage.
Meghan Murphy has taken seven shots in the last two matches.
TCU missed converting on a penalty kick for the first time since the 2011 season.
OKLAHOMA STATE NOTABLES
After dropping its first six matches of the season, Oklahoma State has rebounded with a 6-1-1 record.
The lone loss in that stretch is a 2-1 defeat at #16 Kansas. The Cowgirls last outing was a 1-1 tie at #9 Texas Tech.
Allie Stephenson is the leading scorer for the Cowgirls with four goals and three assists.
Rosa Medina has played every minute in goal for Oklahoma State this season.
Medina has a 1.39 GAA, but has allowed just five goals in her last eight outings. Included in that stretch is four shutouts.
ON THE ROAD AGAIN
The Horned Frogs are in the midst of their longest road stretch of the season. TCU owns a record of 4-1-1 away from Garvey-Rosenthal. The Frogs are riding a five-match unbeaten streak heading into this weekend. The four wins away from home are the most since winning six in 2008.
LOGGING SERIOUS MINUTES
Bobbi Clemmer is the only Horned Frog to have played every minute of the season. She has played 1,212 minutes this season. Last year, Lauren Sajewich held the distinction of playing every minute of every match. She's been on the field for all but 17 minutes this season.
TCU had made six straight penalty kicks dating back to the 2011 prior to Jill Finnerty's miss on Friday at Baylor. The last penalty kick miss was Jordan Calhoun at Stephen F. Austin on Sept. 16, 2011. It was the Frogs' third PK of the season.
After setting a school record with six overtime contests in 2013, the Horned Frogs have played in three this season. In its history, TCU has a 25-21-39 record in contests decided in overtime.
