The Mountaineers wasted no time in the second half, taking the lead on a Bri Rodriguez tally in the 52nd minute. Vittoria Arnold made four saves in the loss.

CONFERENCE TOURNEY HISTORY
TCU is making its 11th appearance in a conference tournament this week. The Frogs have played in five of the last six tournaments dating back to 2007.

The Frogs have a 1-8-2 record in conference tournaments. The lone win came in 2008 when the Frogs defeated San Diego State 2-1 in overtime.

In the two ties, the Horned Frogs have fallen victim to the shootout and have not advanced. Both ties were 0-0 at the end of double overtime. The first one came in 1995 to Texas Tech and the second one was in 2003 to Tulane.

RAISING HER GAME
Vittoria Arnold has stepped up her level of play each of the last three games. She has notched at least 10 saves in two of those matches. Arnold had a career-high 12 saves in a 1-1 tie against Texas Tech. In a 2-0 loss to Baylor, Arnold tallied 10 saves.

Her .812 save percentage is third-best in the Big 12. She leads the league with an average of 5.35 saves per game.

She ranks second in the league with a total of 91 saves. The 91 saves ranks eighth all-time. She is one behind Carrie Walsh who had 92 in 1997. The six total shutouts are tied for the second-most in a single season for one goalkeeper. Shannon Wagner had six in 2000.
