Scouting the Opponents
Sacramento State picked up its first win of the season just two weeks ago with a 5-2 win over UTEP. The Hornets have lost their five other matches this season, including a tough 4-3 loss to UC Davis last weekend. Olivia Boija leads the team with a 4-0 record in singles action, with three of the win coming at the No. 6 position and one at the No. 5 position. The duo of Alina Soltanici and Katharina Knoebl are 4-0 in doubles action, with all the wins coming on court three.

Washington just had its five-match home winning streak snapped on Sunday, as Houston dropped the Huskies 4-3 in Seattle. The Huskies have won the doubles point in its last six matches and moved up to No. 24 in the rankings this week. Julija Lukac is undefeated on the year at the No. 3 spot and has only been taken to three sets three times this year.

All-Time Series Records
TCU holds an advantage in each of the series records against Sacramento State and Washington. The Frogs are 1-0 against the Hornets with the only other meeting coming in 2000. TCU claimed a 6-0 win over Sacramento State at a tournament in Hawaii.

Washington won the last meeting between the teams back in 2011, 4-3, but TCU still holds a 3-1 record in the series. This will be the first time the teams will meet in Seattle in program history.
