Walker on Aristegui:
“Mercedes is a good athlete and has a genuine love for the game. She has had most of her success just because of her pure passion for playing and competing. She has competed with the best in Spain while going to school full time and not doing what a lot of the top juniors do these days. I feel she has a lot of potential and weapons we can work with to really develop her into a solid player for TCU. I've had a player from Spain on my teams most of my years as a coach and I look forward to Mercedes bringing that culture into to our team culture here.”
