Quotes of the Match
TCU Director of Volleyball Jill Kramer
Opening Statement
"I thought tonight we really came in ready to play. I think the girls did a really good job of keeping their focus whether we are on the road or at home. That was really important to us. Their pre-match prep was the same and they got ready to go. They came out really strong in the first set.

"This was Dartmouth's first match and as the match progressed, they started to get some things together. We got everybody in and then they really started to turn it on. I thought that it was good for our team to continue to make changes with new people on the court and continue to communicate at a high level. It was rough there for a second, but we really started to come back and do that. Overall, I am really happy with our performance and Dartmouth played a great defensive game in the second and third set and that was really good for us to see because we had to mix our shots up."

On the blocking game in the match
"We are really looking at the right things at the right times, trusting our own reads and trusting one another. We really like them to get physical. It is ok to touch the person you are going to close the block next to and we have been really working to get them comfortable with that. Those things are getting better every day and that is really all we want from them."
