FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU volleyball team claimed a 3-0 (25-13, 25-14, 25-17) win over Grambling State Saturday afternoon at the TCU Nike/Molten Invitational inside the University Recreation Center.

Sutton Sunstrum led the Horned Frogs (7-3, 0-0 Big 12) with a season-high 12 kills and a career-high six service aces, as the team defeated the Lady Tigers (2-10, 0-0 SWAC) to earn their fourth straight win in a row.

The Lady Tigers would keep the match close in the second set and tied the set on seven occasions. Tied at 12-12, a kill from Macy Capen sparked a 13-2 run, as TCU used multiple players to rack up five kills and two service aces to win the second set 25-14.

The Frogs used the momentum from the end of the second set to take an early 10-6 lead. Grambling pulled the set within on at 15-14, but three service aces from Sunstrum combined with kills from Natalie Gower ended the set 25-17 and gave TCU a 3-0 sweep.
