Quotes of the Match
TCU Director of Volleyball Jill Kramer
Opening Statement
"I think that there were times that we saw moments of brilliance from our team tonight. Then there were times that we just did not execute very well. We had some crunch time situations where we didn't do that and we also just had some times throughout the match that we really needed to do a better job of executing our game plan. We will get back in the gym, see some things that we really need to work on and we will continue to work on them this week leading up to Kansas."

On the positives that can be taken away from the match
"We started to slow down some balls and then dig out of that transition pretty well. I think Ashleigh Martin came in and did a really good job for us. There were a couple of times that she lit it up and she has such a great energy on the court that it was really great having her out there. I think Ashley Smith struggled a bit at the beginning but then came on pretty strong at the end. We had a great performance from Sarita (Mikals). I thought she played really well tonight.

"Natalie Gower played really well and its always nice to see a team try to change what they are doing a little bit to defend a kid a little bit different because they are playing so well and that definitely happened with Natalie tonight. Our distribution was pretty close to where we wanted it and we had some things that we wanted to do offensively and there were times that we did that really well and there were times we need to continue to work on that."
