Volleyball Announces Additional TV Matches

FORT WORTH, Texas – In partnership with TCU’s third-tier television package, six TCU volleyball matches have been selected to be televised. All six matches will air on either FOX Sports Southwest of FSSW+ and take place in The Rickel inside the University Recreation Center.

Along with the four nationally televised matches on ESPNU and FSN that the Horned Frogs are slated to compete in, TCU will be making a total of 10 appearances on television this season.

“We are excited to have the opportunity to promote the Big 12, TCU and our volleyball program both nationally and regionally this year on multiple occasions,” TCU Director of Volleyball Jill Kramer said. “The updates we continue to make to our facilities, the environment our crowd creates, and the momentum our program is building is definitely something we want volleyball enthusiasts to see.”

The first television match TCU is scheduled for is against Sam Houston State on Sept. 15 at 6:30 p.m., on FOX Sports Southwest in a kick-off to the final tournament of the season. Just six days later, the Frogs will welcome Texas Tech to open Big 12 play on FSSW+ on Sept. 21 at 7 p.m.

Two matches in October and two in November will all air on FSSW+ starting with Kansas on Oct. 15 at 5 p.m., followed by Iowa State on Oct. 22 at 5 p.m. The final two matches slated for television are against Kansas State on Nov. 5 at 5 p.m., and Baylor on Nov. 16 at 7 p.m.

Season tickets for the TCU volleyball season are on sale now. Adult season tickets are $75, youth season tickets are $50 and a Family 4-pack of season tickets can be purchased for $200. Single game tickets are also on sale, with fans able to purchase adult tickets for $10, youth tickets for $5 and $3 tickets for groups of 20 or more. All tickets to the home matches against Texas (Nov. 2) and Baylor (Nov. 16) will be $10.
