FORT WORTH, Texas - The TCU volleyball team will welcome three opponents in Duke, Lehigh and Utah Valley to The Rickel inside the University Recreation Center as the team hosts Fight in the Fort from Sept. 8-9.

The Horned Frogs (4-2) will open the tournament against the Blue Devils (4-2) with the match set to air live on FOX Sports Southwest Plus on Friday at 6 p.m. TCU will then face Lehigh (4-3) on Saturday at 1:30 p.m., before concluding the tournament with Utah Valley (4-3) at 7 p.m.

Fans unable to attend the Lehigh or Utah Valley matches at the Rec Center can see live stat updates through GoFrogs.com, while a live video and audio feed will be available through FrogVision with a CBS Sports All-Access subscription.

The first 500 fans in attendance to the Duke match on Friday will receive a free Riff Ram cup. Saturday is National Teddy Bear Day and TCU volleyball encourages all fans to bring a teddy bear and participate in the `Teddy Bear Toss' which will donate all teddy bears to a local charity. Saturday night's match against Utah Valley is `Daddy and Daughter Date Night' where you can get two tickets and two ice creams for $10.

Clear Bag Policy
Only the following items will be permitted upon entrance into TCU athletics facilities:
-Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and not exceeding 14 inches by 14 inches
-One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar)
-One unopened bottle of water
-Small clutch bags with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the venue with one of the clear plastic bags
-The Small clutch bags must be approximately the size of a hand 
-Exceptions will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at stadium/arena gates
-Backpacks, diaper bags and other similar bags will not be allowed

Tickets for the action this weekend will be available for purchase at the TCU Ticket Office located inside the Rec Center. A ticket will get you into both matches on Friday, while the four matches on Saturday will be split between two tickets. Adult tickets priced at $10 and youth tickets available for $5. TCU Quick Hits
-The 2017 season marks the 22nd season in the history of the TCU Volleyball program 
-This season also marks the third under the helm of alumni and Director of Volleyball Jill (Pape) Kramer 
-Kramer (1996-99) was the first scholarship volleyball player on the inaugural team in 1996 and still holds the single-season and career school records in kills and total attacks 
-Kramer has led TCU to back-to-back appearances in the NCAA tournament and has totaled over 100 career wins in her coaching career 
-The Horned Frogs opened the season at home for the third straight year and won its home season opening tournament for the third consecutive season 
-This weekend marks the second home tournament of the season and TCU looks to stay undefeated at home after going 3-0 in its opening weekend 
-Eight of the current nine true or redshirt freshmen have seen action this season with Allye Beth Deaton, Dani Dennison and Sarah Swanson seeing action in all six matches and all 21 sets 
-Ashleigh Martin put on a show in Tallahassee last weekend with three straight double-digit kill matches and now leads the team with 60 kills and 2.86 kills per set 
-Dennison has been the anchor in the backrow and is the only freshman to lead the Big 12 in a statistical category with 115 total digs and 5.48 digs per set 
-Dennison has picked up double-digit kills in all six matches played this season and 20+ in three 
-The highest ranked recruit to ever enroll at TCU in Abigail Buckingham has slowly made her way onto the court and is good for 3.14 kills per set when she sees action 
-Lexi MacLean is all over the court for TCU as the Arizona State transfer is playing all six rotations and contributing on offense and defense 
-TCU is serving up the aces this season and currently leads the league with 1.62 aces per set after totaling 22 last weekend in Florida 

Scouting the Opponent: Duke 
-After starting the season 4-0, Duke has dropped its last two matches to Northwestern (3-0) and South Carolina (3-1) 
-The Blue Devils are under the direction of 18-year head coach Jolene Nagel who will be looking to pick up career-win No. 600 this weekend 
-Two players in Cadie Bates (3.17/set) and Payton Schwantz (3.09/set) are leading the offensive charge with over 3.00 kills per set 
-Bates, who is playing all six rotations, has also contributed from the backrow with 2.61 digs per set while Nicole Elattrache is anchoring the back row as libero with 3.78 digs per set 
-Duke will run a similar 6-2 offense like TCU with Emma Paradiso (6.27/set) and Sarah Nelson (4.93/set) dishing out the assists

Scouting the Opponent: Lehigh 
-Lehigh has spent its first two weekends of the season at home and will gets its first taste of away matches this weekend 
-The Mountain Hawks have picked up four wins this season over Saint Peter's (3-0), Coppin State (3-0), Saint Francis (3-0) and Norfolk State (3-0) 
-Four players are averaging over 2.00 kills per set for Lehigh with Ana Spangenberg (2.71/set) and Sabrina Lancaster (2.78/set) leading the charge 
-Lehigh will also incorporate a 6-2 offense with Megan Polak putting up 7.71 assists per set, while Bonaire Berry has lent a hand with 4.38 assists per set 
-The Mountain Hawks lead the teams this weekend with 15.58 digs per set as Emily Develle is good for 4.67 digs per set 

Scouting the Opponent: Utah Valley
-Utah Valley is riding a four-match winning streak headed into the weekend with wins over Montana (3-0), Long Beach State (3-1), Idaho State (3-1) and Utah State (3-1) 
-Lexi Thompson and Madison Dennison have appeared in every match and set for the Wolverines and have put down 3.12 and 3.06 kills per set, respectively 
-Dennison is also the most efficient hitter with a .327 hitting clip while Kristen Allred is also contributing to the offense with 2.79 kills per set 
-Sierra Starley is guiding the offense by dishing out 10.21 assists per set while also picking up 2.15 digs per set 
-Utah Valley enters the weekend with the best blocks of all four teams at 2.67 blocks per set with Dennison leading the way with 1.45 blocks per set 

Recap: Home2 Suites Tallahassee Seminole Invitational 
-The TCU volleyball team took its first road trip of the 2017 season to Tallahassee, Fla., where the Frogs picked up a win against UNC Asheville (3-0) and lost close battles with Colorado State (3-2) and No. 15 Florida State (3-1) 
-After being up 2-0 to Colorado State, the Frogs could not hold on as the Rams took the match in five sets 
-TCU rebounded by sweeping UNC Asheville before dropping a touch battle with Florida State 
-Ashleigh Martin had double-digit kills in three straight matches to lead the team with 42 kills and 3.50 kills per set and was also be named to the All-Tournament Team 
-Dani Dennison was a stud from the backrow for the second straight weekend with 65 digs and 5.42 digs per set
