FORT WORTH -- TCU's women's volleyball, in conjunction with the Student Athlete Advisory Committee, is hosting a canned food drive for Wednesday's match against No. 8 Texas.

Fans are encouraged to bring canned food items to assist in TCU Athletics' "Frogs Feeding Fort Worth" initiative. All items from the canned food drive will be donated to the Tarrant Area Food Bank for the holiday season.

A free t-shirt will also be given to the first 750 fans Wednesday and a student pre-game party, hosted by The Crew, will be held near the sand volleyball courts at the University Rec Center. The party will run from 5:30-6:45 and feature free pizza and a chance for students to win concert tickets.

First serve for Wednesday's match is set for 7 p.m., and will be televised nationally on ESPNU.
